Questions about ReelCubby and saved Reels
Where are my saved Reels on Instagram?
In the Instagram app, open your profile, tap the menu and choose Saved. On instagram.com it's under your profile too. ReelCubby reads that same list from the Chrome tab you're logged in to, then sorts it and makes it searchable.
Can I search my saved Reels?
Yes. Instagram has no search for saved posts, but ReelCubby does. Search by keyword, creator or hashtag, or just describe what you remember, like “that creamy pasta thing”.
Can you see my saved posts?
No. ReelCubby brings your saves from Instagram straight to your computer and sorts them there. They're never sent to us. Read the privacy policy for the details.
Does it work with Instagram collections?
ReelCubby imports everything in your Saved list, whichever collection it's in, and sorts it into its own categories. It never changes anything on Instagram, so your collections stay as they are.
Is ReelCubby made by Instagram?
No. ReelCubby is an independent tool. It isn't made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
What do I need?
A computer with Google Chrome and an Instagram account. ReelCubby doesn't work on phones.
Does it work with TikTok or YouTube Shorts?
No. ReelCubby is for the Reels and posts you've saved on Instagram.
Is it a subscription?
No. After the 7-day free trial you pay once. There are no renewals or monthly fees.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of everything, starting when ReelCubby first finishes sorting your saves. You don't need a card to start.
What if I get a new computer?
One purchase works on up to 3 computers. To move to a new one, open Settings on a computer you no longer use and choose “Remove from this computer”.
Can it download reels?
No. ReelCubby organizes what you've saved. Videos play from Instagram and aren't saved to your computer.
